Municipality Burgas implements the „Development of Industrial Zones“ project to expand Industrial Zone „North“. The realization of the project will increase the foreign and local direct investments in Burgas and will encourage it`s economic development. The aim of the project is to improve the infrastructure of the Industrial Zone.

The general development plan envisages 300 000 sq.m for expansion of the existing zone, 200 000 sq.m of which are envisaged for the construction of warehouses. 35 enterprises work in the area.
